Amy Seale is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She specializes in hot power vinyasa and is known for classes that are both challenging and intelligently sequenced.

Amy’s signature vinyasa flow blends balance, strength, and a focused core component into every class, creating a practice that is energizing, empowering, and purposeful. While her classes are often labeled as challenging, Amy is passionate about making yoga accessible—offering thoughtful modifications and options so students of all fitness levels can move safely and confidently on their mats.

Meet Sarah Carr

Sarah Carr is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a background in physical therapy, bringing a knowledgeable and functional approach to movement, recovery, and overall well-being. 

Her experience in a clinical setting allows her to guide students with a strong emphasis on safety, alignment, and injury prevention.

Sarah creates a welcoming and supportive space for students of all levels, with a passion for helping individuals build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies. She is especially drawn to working with beginners, athletes, and those returning from injury.

Sarah’s teaching style blends mindful movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation—offering students both physical results and a sense of calm and clarity.
